Transparent plastic tube for storing, or shipping, pens or pencils. The tube is telescopic and has a rachet mechanism to allow the length to be vaied between 12cm and 22cm. It is 2cm square in internal section and will take almost any pen (it will be a large monster of a pen that will not fit in this tube!).
